Ingredienti per 6 persone:
250 g. di panna fresca, 200 g. di cioccolato fondente, 2 cucchiai di miele, 6 cucchiaini di caffè solubile, 6 coni gelato vuoti.
Procedimento:
In un pentolino a fondo spesso versare 3 tazzine di acqua tiepida e il caffè solubile , mescolare e farlo sciogliere. Una volta sciolto aggiungere il cioccolato fondente spezzettato e il miele.
Immergere il pentolino e lasciare sciogliere il cioccolato a bagnomaria mescolando con un cucchiaio di legno. Levare la crema ottenuta dal bagnomaria e immergere il pentolino in acqua e ghiaccio e lasciare freddare.
Montare intanto la panna ben ferma e fredda da frigo.
Incorporare delicatamente nella crema la panna dall’alto verso il basso con l’aiuto di una spatola morbida.
Suddividere la mousse nei 6 coni con l’aiuto di una sacca da pasticceria formando morbide onde.
Completare con una spolverata di caffè solubile .

Mocha mousse
Ingredients for 6 persons:
250 g. fresh cream, 200 g. dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons of honey, 6 teaspoons of instant coffee, ice cream cones 6 voids.
Procedure:
In a thick-bottomed pan pour 3 cups of warm water and instant coffee, mix and melt.
Once melted add the chopped dark chocolate and honey.
Soak the pan and let it melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Remove the cream from the water bath and immerse the pot in ice water and let cool. Assemble the meantime cream until stiff and cold from the fridge.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream from the top down with the help of a soft spatula.
Divide the mousse in 6 cones with the help of a pastry bag forming soft waves.
Complete with a sprinkling of instant coffee.
